Dr. Fadia Abou Hassan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Special Education, and a Ph.D. in Special Education from the University of Damascus.
She has over 18 years of experience in the field of special education, with extensive background in teaching, training, and technical supervision.
Since early 2024, she has been serving as the Technical Director of Al Hanan Rehabilitation center, overseeing the educational and therapeutic programs and ensuring high-quality performance.

Abeda Hazem

Abeda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hearing, Speech, and Language Sciences from the University of Jordan (2010).
She worked at Ibn Khaldoun Center for six months and at Tashil Al Taallum Center for two years in Jordan.
She obtained certificates in the Portage Program for assessment and training, and in Learning Difficulties Assessment using the Princess Tharwat Test.
Since 2014, she has been working at Al Hanan Rehabilitation center, providing therapy for cases of language delay, autism, speech and articulation disorders, and stuttering.
Alaa Madour

Alaa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy from the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Damascus (2023).
She worked for one year in a medical center in Damascus, concurrently serving in a kindergarten as part of a multidisciplinary team.
She later moved to the UAE, where she worked for nine months at Al Hikma Center in Sharjah before joining Al Hanan Rehabilitation center in 2024.
Hala Ismail Ismail

Hala holds a Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy from the University of Damascus (2019).
She worked as a speech and language specialist with the Syrian Organization for Persons with Disabilities for two years, and later at the Syrian Advisory Center for one year.
She joined Al Hanan Rehabilitation center in 2022, where she continues to provide therapy services.

Adham Samir Al Smadi

Adham holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (2018) and a Master’s degree in Special Education (2022).
He has more than six years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in Jordan, serving as a resource room teacher in public schools, an inclusion coordinator in private schools, and a behavior modification instructor in special centers.
He joined Al Hanan Rehabilitation center as a Special Education Teacher in 2024.
Mohammad Mohy Al-Deen Al Shloul

Mohammad graduated with distinction from Jadara University (2024) with a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education.
He participated in a training course on supporting individuals with learning difficulties and attended the “Educational Visions and Future Aspirations – Leadership and Creativity” conference in 2023.
He joined Al Hanan Rehabilitation center as a Special Education Teacher in 2025.
Ahmad Al Nusairat

Ahmad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Jadara University (2022).
He worked in special education centers in Jordan and participated in training workshops such as the “Montessori Education System” (2021–2022).
The teacher works with autism, intellectual disabilities, and learning difficulties.
He joined Al Hanan Rehabilitation center in Abu Dhabi in 2024.

Mohammad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Amman Arab University (2024).
He has worked in special education centers in Jordan and participated in workshops such as Montessori Teacher Preparation, Individual Educational Plan Design, and Individual Learning Plan Development (2022–2023).
He joined Al Hanan Rehabilitation center in Abu Dhabi, focusing on autism and intellectual disability cases.
Mohammad Aqleh Dahy Al Nusairat

He has one and a half years of practical experience and participated in multiple workshops including:

Hassan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Al Balqa Applied University and has six years of field experience.
He obtained several professional certificates including:
Sign Language (All Levels), Certified Behavior Analyst (British University in Dubai), Applied Behavior Analysis (Leeds University – 60 hours), Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor (Jordan), First Aid and Evacuation Procedures, Diploma in Special Education and Behavior Modification (Leeds College – 300 hours), International Teacher License (Leeds College – 160 hours)
He also holds the International Board Certificate in Behavior Modification from LAO, USA, and is a member of the Jordanian Health and Medical Professions Syndicate.

Shrooq holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from the University of Jordan (2020, Very Good).
She has four years of experience as a Special Education Teacher at Oxygen Center in Jordan, one and a half years in a psychological support program for people with disabilities at Quest Scope Organization, and six months as a resource teacher in public schools with Mercy Corps.
She also volunteered for four years with the Disability Employment Fund at the University of Jordan.

She completed a six-month Applied Behavior Analysis course between 2019 and 2020.
